Houston Polo School

The Houston Polo Club offers an 8-week polo school program in the Spring and Fall. This program is designed for individuals who have never played polo and teaches them everything necessary to participate in the beginners league the following season. Horses and tack are provided. The course covers proper horsemanship, mallet swing instruction, game strategy, and rules of the game. The polo school opportunity is for participants interested in learning and playing polo. After completing the 8-week program, participants can join the beginners league. The 2025 Spring Polo School is held on Saturdays from 9-11 am & Tuesdays from 6-8 pm, April 12th – June 3rd. The 2025 Fall Polo School is held on Tuesdays from 6-8 pm & Saturdays from 9-11 am, September 16th – November 8th.
