El Paso Stormwater Operations

Established in 2008 after a major storm in 2006 caused significant damage, the utility is maintained by El Paso Water with monthly user fees. They oversee stormwater planning, capital improvements, operations, and maintenance. Crews remove vegetation, debris, and silt from facilities and provide free sandbags for flood control.
